The Lady Royals trailed most of the game and came back to win by 4.

Sounds eerily similar to that regular-season game not long ago. Congrats to the young Lady Royals on advancing to the championship game.

Congrats also to the Lady Camels on a successful season. They'll be back.

Almost exact same as the regular season game.

Congrats to Mason Co!! Really nice win! Campbell was playing as well as anyone.

I do feel bad for the Camels...especially Ms Gray. A terrific leader for this young Camel team. She will be missed.

Congrats to the Lady Royals and good luck moving forward!

Congrats to the Lady Camels as well. I had a great time watching you this year and can't wait to see what next year brings!

Really enjoyed meeting and talking to 14C tonight. Hope you had a safe trip home.

Great Season Camels! They did well, and surprised a lot of people.

I said Mason was playing well and hung on for a huge win. Now on to the championship game against the Cardinals. Great job ladies and Coach Lindsey!!!

Prediction poll was 13 to 2f for Campbell. All of you guys please make sure you pick Clark on Sunday!

About the game: I don't think Mason County made one outside shot (they didn't need to). I think all their points, besides free throws were from point blank. They got layup after layup in transition and drives. When MC went to their 1-2-2 zone their length made it tough for us to score. Very balanced scoring for MC. Taylor Clos with a good game for CC. Extremely proud of this Camel team. They grew by leaps and bounds since the beginning of year and I have enjoyed watching this team. I will miss these girls more than some will ever know. Keep your heads up, it just wasn't meant to be tonight. Good luck to MC and GRC in the finals. You both deserve to be there. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and talking with Gold Sunrise tonight. :thumb:

It was very entertaining watching these teams battle back and forth. The referees were poor in both semi-final games tonight missing several calls. However I do feel like the better team did win this game and I'm not just saying that because I am a Mason County fan/student. Clos did everything in her power to try and bring the Lady Camels out on top, but she just didn't get the help she needed on the offensive end and the 22 turnovers didn't help the cause either.

For the Lady Royals, a huge showing by Whittney O'Mara one of the better games I have seen her play and couldn't have occurred at a better time. The inside was controlled by the Lady Royals forwards. Now hopefully they can pull off one more and get to Bowling Green.

I said the first team to 50 wins and that was Mason County. Mason County's defense was too much for Campbell County, forcing 26 turnovers.

Would have loved to have seen a game not dictated by poor oficials. Camels needed a little more in the paint defensively. Coach Menefee deserves great credit for bringing together a team/program that was at ground zero. Look forward to seeing what he does with this program in future years. Good luck to Mason the rest of the way.

I heard a stat on TV last night that Taylor Klos was 14 for 15 from the field... is that right? If it is, I am wondering why she didn't take more shots!
