After talking with a coworker, we find a nice island in the Caribbean that's only $8 million but comes with 4 houses and 5 boats. So please ignore my earlier post about not doing anything crazy with the money.

February 10, 201511 yr We need something similar to E-town, maybe not quite as big. That park is beautiful. I went up to Grand Park in the fall for soccer, and that park puts E-town to shame, and it's not even done yet.The Sports Park in E-town was a good addition to the area --- though I'm still confused as to why nobody thought to put a track out there.
