With all due respect, it's no less "right" in this letter's category than any other. It's funny it took a thread with a "big 3" school to acutely demonstate what's happened in these polls.

 

IMO, the biggest factoid these threads have proven is...the majority of voters are "homers" and/or vote "popular".

 

I'm really disappointed in the lack of historical knowledge these threads have shown exists regarding this state's high school football history.

I knew it had to be something! I did not think you hit the sauce this early in the day!

I voted for Trinity as it was the most obvious choice IMHO. However, I don't like seeing an opinion poll where anyone who doesn't vote for a certain school is a 'hater' or 'out of their mind'. I think their opinion is just as valuable, even if I think they are wrong. The poll shows that the overwheming majority agree that it is Trinity and that should be no surprise to anyone.

Another no brainer, Trinity in a landslide.

This is another one, that based on the criteria that the Scribe has established, for the life of me I cannot understand how anyone can rate Trigg Co. above Trinity, unless you are voting with your heart and not your mind. On what grounds do you justify this (outside of the animosity of the public vs. private controversy)...and this comes from someone who is not a pebble lover?
