With the way they've been playing lately, I agree UKMF. I think a loss to LSU might be more likely than Florida.

You have really taken an extreme position on the Gators...they aren't nearly as bad as you're making them out to be. They are the 22nd best defensive team in America, they do a great job at taking the air out of the ball and limiting possessions, and they can turn you over. Donovan hasn't become dumber, so while this team isn't as loaded with talent as others, to dismiss them would be a mistake (IMHO).

 

I think UK wins this game by 10 or 11, as I said, but I also think it is a game that will be low-scoring, so you never know. If UK blows them out (20+) I'll be SHOCKED.

I fully anticipate they win both comfortably, but wouldn't be surprised with a loss. I feel they, as a whole, have looked better in their games away from Rupp this season compared to their home games.

I don't think any team that wants to run and generate extra possessions is going to beat UK.

I've watched them anywhere from 8-12 times this year (Thanks SECN), and they just look average at best. A&M, Georgia, Ole Miss, LSU, and Arkansas have all looked better IMO.

Just to reiterate....LSU is such a fraud.

The SEC is quickly becoming really bad as no team besides UK shows any ability to be a Top 25 team. Now that does not mean I think UK would not go undefeated playing in another conference, but every time I think a team is going to be the next best in the SEC they do what LSU did and lose at home to somebody like Auburn.

If recent history is any indication, UK (22-0) will have a tough time at Florida (12-10). UK is 2-8 in Gainesville over the past decade.

Lets hope the ending of this trend starts tonight.

UK wins this one like they did against UCLA and Kansas, in a romp. Wildcats will be motivated and crush the Crocodiles, 84-57. If I recall, Florida can't differentiate between Alligators and Crocodiles, put a photo of a Crocodile on their Brochure a few years back. lol.

That is not UK's fault the SEC schools don't put as much emphasis on basketball as they do football. UK has blown out Kansas and UCLA on neutral courts, so what do you want? UK would be unbeaten in any conference this year. Ole Miss almost got UK in Rupp Arena, so Ole Miss is better than either Kansas or UCLA yet they are not ranked. Texas A&M nearly beat UK, and I think the Aggies are way better than Kansas or UCLA. Top 25 ranking means nothing, just a popular vote by a bunch of clueless people.
