Yes the formula adds up either way and I would be fine with either scenario!

 

Sorry but the other scenario you put wouldn't completely make sense nor do I think it would be good for the story.

I think you're right there is only one little detail about his character that throws it off for me and it is pretty silly when I think about it

And the show has been dropping hints for 5 seasons now lol...the last 2 weeks pretty much confirmed to me that the first theory mentioned is the correct one.

Some notes for this episode from me.

 

- They've made Stannis such an awesome character and if Brienne some how ends up killing him so help me I will personally burn down the wall

 

- Ramsay is slowly becoming one of my favorite characters. Everytime he gets TV time it's a roller coaster :lol2:

 

- Alfie Allen (Theon) has played his part as Reek beautifully. He's doing such a great job with that role.

 

- I personally dont care one bit about the Grey Worm/Missandei love line

So Jorah is now filling the role of Jon Connington who apparently has no time for the show. Which I'm OK with because I thought that whole part in the books was stupid

 

They are setting up the whole Jon being killed. You can see it coming. Show watchers don't have a clue yet. I think the kid Ollie is going to be the one that does it. Only problem is that Melissandre is not at the wall so I'm curious at how he's going to be brought back.

Let's be honest here, no one has a clue what they are going to do from here on out. They have changed so much from the books at this point.

 

Are they introducing any new characters this season besides who they've already shown?

 

My brother in law and I had about a 2 hour conversation on where we think the show is going from here and I'm excited about being surprised.

 

Can't wait for the fighting pits to be opened, hopefully next week.

 

Also, I love how they play on the Holidays. Last season they shot Tywin on Father's day and this season Danny gives her children a little gift on Mother's Day. I loved that scene with the Dragons.

I think their going to take the next step and reveal the theory earlier and the next step we all predict in the next book

Not sure what my reaction is to the latest episode. Definitely not a lot of action. Not sold on the story line with Sansa.

^ Honestly I thought that was one of the worst episodes of GoT that I can remember. Very dull. Sandsnakes are god awful and I'm done with them. I loved the hall of faces that was very well done. Tyrion and Jorah's scene's are great.

Agreed. Horrible episode. Was really wanting to like the sandsnakes, but they've barely been shown, and when they have they've been terrible. This season in general has been fairly boring IMO.

I'm losing interest fairly quickly. I keep telling myself it's going to get better, but we are halfway through the season at this point.

Don't even get me started on the way the show has completely ruined one of the better "minor" characters of the series, Ser Loras.

I don't even get the significance of the Sand Snakes/Jaimie Lanister storyline. It is bringing nothing substantial to the show and wasting screen time. I could do without that entire story arch outside of Bronn.

 

The most intriguing thing to come out of last night's episode was Littlefinger IMO and how he is playing both sides of the "war." He is pretty much the most interesting character at this point because I have no idea what his plans are.

 

I'm ready to see the fighting pits opened, a war at Winterfell and Aryia's development. Other than that I feel the show is spinning its wheels right now. Only 4 episodes left for a whole lot to be resolved.

I agree the storyline with sand snakes isn't doing much yet. But I thought that the rest of the episode was very interesting. I don't understand these boring comments. It's like people forget every season so far. Each season only have a couple to a few episodes you would label is exciting. This is about the story. Not to mention we just had one of the more action packed scenese of the entire series a couple weeks ago.
