February 1, 201511 yr As some of you may remember, Mrs. 2C has done something for me the past couple of years called 14 Days of Valentine's Day Basically, she gives me a gift each day, everyday stuff, with a corny note attached that is usually a play on words. It is really a lot of fun and it has sparked a lot of smiles for us. I posted them all last year (Here) so I figured I'd continue that tradition. Ain't she just sweeeeeet?
February 1, 201511 yr Author Today is Feb 1 and Day 1 of the fun. Mrs 2C knows I am a sucker for Doritos, and just about any kind of Nacho chips. She got me my new favorite, and this is what I found in my truck seat this morning.
February 1, 201511 yr I remember this from last year and loved it then like I love it now. Have a wonderful 2 weeks of Valentine's day!
February 2, 201511 yr Author Day 2 "I love you more than CHOCOLATE ...and you know that is a lot" Sugar Free candy bars, kind of like a Snickers.
February 2, 201511 yr Author This thread was entertaining last year. I'm expecting much the same this year.I laughed at that thread when reading back through it. :thumb:
February 4, 201511 yr Just gave my wife her annual bouquet of "You and I both know that it's a ridiculous waste of money to buy you roses on Valentines Day, so I didn't buy you roses, and I didn't buy them on Valentine's Day" flowers. She's at the kitchen counter arranging them in a vase with an ear to ear grin at this very moment.
February 4, 201511 yr Author Day 4 - I guess I am the apple of Mrs 2C's eye. (plus she tries to help me eat healthier)
February 6, 201511 yr Author I forgot to post yesterday's dose of daily love from my Valentine. So today you get 2 days worth. Day 5 - You have O "fish" ally stolen my heart. Day 6 - You make life a little SWEETER
February 6, 201511 yr Author I swear this is so much fun. I really can't tell you guys and gals how much I look forward to these little gifts. It isn't the gift, it is the fact that Mrs. 2C takes the time to surprise me with them every day. It really is the little, day-to-day things that matter. I'm incredibly blessed.
February 6, 201511 yr Author Yes, you are! And I certainly do not deserve it, lawildcat. You can take my word for that one.
