If Danville can shoot like they did for the first 3 quarters, they can compete with ANYBODY in the 12th. And if Boyle can play like they did in the 4th quarter, they will be HARD to beat.

 

With that said this game is always close (for the most part). Records don't matter, ratings don't mean a thing, location doesn't mean a thing. Boyle is obviously the better team and imposed their will in the 4th quarter. But kudos to Ed McKinney and Danville, they hung around with a team that on paper they had no chance against. I'm excited for tourney time, the 12th will be a blast!!

Which sign are you speaking of? The one the Danville students had or the one that the Boyle students had and were told to get rid of? The sign by the Danville kids was funny but it is a BGP violation. The one by the Boyle kids went too far but Boyle administrators saw it and had it removed immediately.

I was talking about the Boyle sign. I support the BC student section, but that sign was taking it to far. I was glad the administration made them remove the sign.

What were the final stats? In replying to the comment made by Dick Whiskey, I don't see Danville beating the top teams in the region or even getting there for that matter. I thought Boyle played very poorly in the first and third quarters missing a bunch of easy shots for the game to even be close at that point. Hinkle gave them a spark in the 2nd quarter. I don't think Danville will get all of those open threes in the district.
