who is filling in this weekend for Trent Steiner. Matt Walls and Luc Graves had some big baskets for Kentucy.

Tournamet play starts Sunday

after a poor performance in the state aau, the ds east team is now in the final 4 of the big Nike Memorial day classic national event. Today the ds team beat city rocks out of New york 61-60 on a last second bucket by Nathan Novosell. Then beat the Dc Blue Devils 76-63 . DS will playy the pulley panthers who beat the new york gauchos in the next game.

People are having a hard time believing this is the same team that stunk last weekend, but the 3 players who did not play in the state tournament are making a huge difference, Alex Barker, Austin Blair, and Chad Skaggs from Virginia. They are playing some of the best teams in the country and representing Kentucky very well

Lets see what happens in the semis

I didn't think that you guys had your best weekend at the state, but I knew that you guys had a very good squad. Good to see that things are coming together for you guys.

How did you guys end up finishing? Who won the tourney? Where there any other teams in the tourney from this area?

We got beat by a very good howard pulley panther team out of Minnesota

76-71, we played well but they hit every single free throw the last 3 minutes

but overall, our best weekend of the year. Now we have june break before we get back in action during the ncaa certified period

Having a strong bench really makes a difference:thumb:

Is Austin Hill a relative of the great Celeste Hill. I noticed her email on the website?

This Mike Romes isn't the same one that played at Beechwood this year, is it?

If it is then he is too old to play, right?

Is Austin Hill a relative of the great Celeste Hill. I noticed her email on the website?

Celeste is Austin's Aunt. Confirmed by co-worker who went to school with her.

Stripes3, are you able to post the rankings for 2008 players also? If so, thanks.

I will see what I can do regarding the 2008 rankings.
