Final in the 3rd-place game at the Fieldhouse.

Eerily similar to last night's Augusta-Mason County contest. Augusta stood toe to toe with the Camels through 3 quarters; down 5. CC pulled away in the final stanza.

Snapp and Maddox; Jackson and Wilson named to the all-tourney team.

Spoke briefly with Coach Hinson later. While he is understandably not happy with the losses; he is pleased with the way his Panthers stood up to the Camels and the Royals.

Panthers played well and are a tough scrappy team. Look for them to make some All A noise.

Good to see both you guys last night. Mason and Campbell as advertised and Augusta surprised some people I think. Really disappointed in the crowd base although I guess we should expect that during Christmas holiday time. For those not in attendance, you missed a great tournament that offered an early 10th region preview depending upon draws in the 2 unseeded districts. Keep the "Murph" memory alive Mason County...........it's more than worthy of preservation.

Very, very low attendance at games I attended. I wish they would change the format back to the old MCIT and have it in January and still keep the Murph name and memory on it. These Holiday Tournaments with their AAU bracketing are just not for me and would think the majority around Christmas time

I do not think this tournament gets "promoted" around the 10th area except for those who are HS basketball nuts (and they know bracket information anyway). It used to be you could find and see the brackets and information all over for game times, not so much anymore..

Truth!! Only bracket I saw was on twitter that was posted by Danny Weddle.

The only games on WFTM were the Mason County ones. Is that the way it has always been? Is this something that is going to carry into the regional tournament, the Mason County games will be the only games broadcast?

Thats a good question. I hope that Bracken gets to broadcast the district and regionals (if they make it) so the fans that cant make it out can keep track of the games (both boys and girls). In case you are correct with you assumption.
