The dozen DI players SK had the last 2 years you claimed yet there is only 1 I can think of and that is Olmstead. SK was going to win state the last several years also, yet they can't even win regionals. Actually if you want to know who was the best player in the SK/Cooper game, it was Olmstead followed by Cooper's Watson and if you are talking about skill players then it was your wr Logan Winkler followed by Racke

 

The only thing you need to know about the 2 RB's is this

Armstrong more than 200 yards more than Powell

 

Oh and one more thing...you say Powell didn't play in 3 of the games? The only way that is possible is if SK went to the State title game, because according to Maxpreps he played in at least 11 games SK played and he had at least 7 or more carries in every game.

Powell had 1519 yards on 208 carries 16 tds and 167 yards receiving 2 tds. Powell had 700 plus yards as a Sophomore and 12 tds.

Armstong had 11 carries 10 yards against Campbell County also. England and Powell had injuries.

Sorry got them misplaced with another 6A team, 166 yds against Boone and 106 against Ryle is what Armstrong did

If I'm not mistaken Cooper went deeper into the playoffs than Simon Kenton so they apparently did get wins when it counted.

30 tds? In 2 years? Couple kids in this area has nearly that many this year alone. And pay attention to YPC, not yards. There are some really good senior to be backs around here, Dillon being one if them.

Cooper will struggle in 6A! SK would own 5A if they was down there. SK has had no problem playing Cooper, Conner, Pulaski County and Bullitt Central!
