Who is Kurtlen Brown?

He is a rb/cb that moved to Ashland.

Warren Central, John Hardin, North Oldham, Wayne County, and Johnson Central stand out in my mind. I certainly look to see Johnson Central in the 4A finals in 2015.

In east Johnson has had stellar teams at the jr high level as has Wayne. Should be a couple of huge match ups over the next few years. Can the physicality of the East teams beat the athleticism of the West? I think that will be year to year.

Wow, how fast we forget about Collins. They will be loaded next year with everyone returning. Yes I think they might have lost 5 or 6 guys that played lots of downs but their backups who got tons of playing time will return. I think they will be top 5 preseason.

Why do we think that 4A will fall off because Cov. Cath is going anywhere? Guess you are saying that because they had to play HHS they never got to the finals. HHS was more even with 4A over the last couple of years than they have over the last decade. Were they coming down or 4A coming up?

Don't know much about Dist. 1. too far away.

Dist. 2 is loaded. I can see someone different every year winning that mess. No love lost between any of those schools.

Dist. 3 is all John Hardin

Dist. 4 is loaded. Collins, Shelby, Franklin, and N. Oldham are quality teams. N. Oldham lost several key players this year.

 

The east half of the state in the eyes of the KHSAA will be wide open. All big name/game schools are gone. Time for JC to finally make some noise or like some said Ashland or more central team as in Mercer County. There will be names that we normally don't hear coming out of the EAST...

I am not sure John Hardin will be good enough next year to be ranked that high. They will still be very young and the senior class does not have a lot of talent. They will, like this year, lose some early games against some very good teams, but come playoff time they may be one of the better teams in 4A. Their district is weak so they should be the #1 seed but district 4 is absolutely loaded so it will be an interesting year to say the least.

Mason seems a little high. They never could quite get to that top tier of 3A and last year they struggled a good bit. Very good program, but I would tend to lean more towards Bourbon and Wayne County more coming up from 3A than I would Mason. Wayne County was extremely young last year but has a couple very strong crops of underclassmen coming up.

Why is Covcath leaving mentioned with Highlands leaving? Did Covcath do anything in the last 4 year stint in 4a? Does Covcath have a significant win in the last 8 years?
