Eaten Alive

Featured Replies

The worst part is, this was prerecorded. So they knew in advance that it was going to fail, and still suckered people in for two hours.

Did anyone actually expect him to be swallowed by the snake?

I liked the snake hunt portion of the show, even if it did seem as if they were searching for a snake as elusive as a Sasquatch at one point...:lol2:

Guy said he tapped out because he felt his arm was about to break, so I'll cut him some slack on that. But there is no way that snake was getting it's mouth around that helmet no matter how long he laid out there.

So let me get this straight; there was nothing in the safe?

I think this should have been called Squeezed Hard.

Weak

I fell asleep right after they found the 19' snake... What happened with the big one?

I did the same thing.

I did the same thing.

It's even worse. They didn't find anything. They brought the 19' snake in from captivity and it was too small to get the job done.

I have seen a video of a python eating a cow or deer couldn't tell what it was.

He didn't consider that the Anaconda would try to crush him?

He really wimped out. No way I would go through the extremes of this show and not carry through. I wouldn't claim to do this, but for the money and time they spent on this show, I'd have at least tried to tough it out a little longer.

I believe I made a post when this was first mentioned a month ago that the guy is going to get crushed by the snake before he eats him....some people don't think. I didn't watch it and I'm glad I didn't, what a waste of time and money. Can't believe none of the idiots doing the show didn't know how an anaconda eats. Can't believe they actually thought this would work and then pull him out after it's done as if nothing would have happened to him.

He had carbon fiber "Armor" that kept him from being crushed. He removed it from his arms and legs but kept it on his head and torso, so he knew what would happen. Without the torso protection he would have been toast, what I saw was that he "Tapped out" when he felt the bone in his arm flex to a near breaking point and he decided to "Tap out" before his arm got broke. Arm was trapped in a way that the more the snake squeezed the closer it was to snapping.

I find it hard to believe that he thought he would actually be "eaten alive"...show would have better if they had just tried to catch the giant snake and then threw the squeeze in at the end to show how powerful these snakes actually are.

Maybe he should try to be eaten alive by a great white, or croc. Im sure they would love a chance.

They brought the snake in from captivity because they couldn't find the big one. The snake that wrapped him up was basically a ringer.
