Justified Season 6

I just get the impression after the talk Raylan had with Art that he's gonna go after the snake left behind.

It just seems like that would be a good way to keep Boyd around for a possible movie after the series ends — especially with his talk to Ava about "making Harlan Co. beautiful again." I would definitely go see a Justified flick.
See it?!?! I'd be there at midnight on opening night.

You know I have "theatre issues," so that's saying a lot for me. Was talking about my scenario with a buddy today and he thinks Marcum's gonna take Boyd out before Raylan gets the chance.

Body count jump this week. But the subplots still playing out.

I'll be honest: I don't know where this craziness is going.

I'm pretty happy with the set up so far. Looks like this last episode was the tipping point and I think it will start picking up speed from here on to the end.

I'll reiterate. No clue how this is gonna end up. This past week's episode threw me for a loop on a few accounts.

Yeah me too. We just watched it from dvr.

As did the previews for next week.

100% agree.

How so? I had read reviews from people that had seen the episode before it had aired and they said the episode was a 'game changer'. So I assumed Ava or a main character got killed. Was very disappointed in the episode on a whole, way too talky and too much Raylan baby-sitting. Hope things pick up from here on out, because everything until the last episode has been top notch.

I agree that it was slower, but I thought the game-changer was Ava revealing everything to Boyd. I didn't expect that, at least not at the halfway point of the season.

I've loved this season so far. My only disappointment is there hasn't been much air time for Art, who is a great character. This whole show is filled with great characters.

I'm also hoping to see more of Bob. :lol2:

Boyd knew everything he needed to know from that one minute phone call with Limehouse. Just thought the Ava-Boyd scenes were kind of ho-hum,since he didn't kill her. Love the show, the characters, the writing. Maybe have gotten that Game of Thrones, Sons of Anarchy mentality that if nobody dies it really isn't a 'game changer'. Writers for those shows would have killed Ava and Art by now. Would like to see the final episodes take place over a 2 or 3 day period in real time where all hell breaks loose

I have thought for a while now that Raylan would die in the series finale. After watching this week's episode I no longer believe that. I think the fact that Boyd handed her the unloaded gun was a test that Ava passed. She earned Boyd's trust which will come back to haunt him. Ava still distrusts Boyd and I believe that Ava will kill Boyd to save Raylan in the finale. I think she will come to see that Raylan is just trying to do the right thing and that Boyd will always be an evil Crowder. This will be aided IMO by Boyd killing her uncle. This season has been the best season thus far in my view.

Previews showed Raylen approaching Markham about their 'common problem' (Boyd). But Markham is dirtier than Boyd. So what is with that?
