Randy Parker Posted November 21, 2014 Posted November 21, 2014 Premiere date has been set for the show's final season: Tuesday, January 20th at 10:00 pm. FX sets premiere dates for 'Justified' and more | Inside TV | EW.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2gaogy8KKLU
Randy Parker Posted November 21, 2014 Author Posted November 21, 2014 Sam Elliott and Garrett Dillahunt will have recurring roles in Season 6. Sam Elliott and Garret Dillahunt are headed to Harlan. They have joined the cast of FX’s modern cowboy drama "Justified" in recurring roles in its upcoming sixth and final season. Elliott will play Markham, a former Kentucky gangster who returns from exile in Colorado with a fortune earned growing legal marijuana in the state. He comes back to reclaim his former empire and his one-time love, Katherine Hale (Mary Steenburgen). Dillahunt’s character, Walker, brings special ops and combat zone experience — along with buried demons and simmering rage — to his work as the head of security for a semi-legal businessman. If five seasons of the critically-acclaimed “Justified” are any indication, it stands to reason that Timothy Olyphant’s Raylan Givens will have some part in unearthing those demons and revealing that rage. Jumper_Dad Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Looking forward to the slow simmer that is a season of Justified. I have several conflicting ideas how the season should end and how I'd like for it to end. Can't wait for it to get started.
Jumper_Dad Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 IMO they have to end it showing Raylan's Tombstone...they have shown his tombstone so many times I think the series ends with "You'll never leave Harlan alive" playing as the camera pans to his Tombstone. Now the date doesn't have to be 2015...it could show a 2046 letting you know he lived a long life after the season ends...

Or maybe it's a windy day, and a leaf obscures the last two digits of the year.
Jumper_Dad Posted November 22, 2014 Posted November 22, 2014 Or maybe it's a windy day, and a leaf obscures the last two digits of the year. That would be great!!!
All In Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Wasn't a fan of Season 5 and the Crowe's, hope this season ends the series on the high note it deserves, adding Sam Elliot was a huge step. 3 of my all time favorite shows are ending soon,Justified,SOA and Mad Men. I hope there are some shows on the horizon to replace them.
Big Slick Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 Can't wait for season to start but hate to see the show end. Enjoyed it since the beginning.
Jumper_Dad Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 Patton Oswalt @pattonoswalt · Nov 25 You underestimate me at your peril. See you guys in January. #Justified
Jumper_Dad Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 That was my thoughts as well, Love Bob and the Gremlin!
Jumper_Dad Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 The Final season of Justified starts tonight... Sam Elliot is down to join the cast this season and it is rumored that everyone's favorite Constable may return as well. Looks like Raylan sprung Ava from prison in return for her informing on Boyd. Boyd has given up running drugs and is going back to blowing up stuff and robbing banks. Another fun series comes to the end of it's run.
Jumper_Dad Posted January 20, 2015 Posted January 20, 2015 :lol2: forgot there was already a thread on this season
Randy Parker Posted January 20, 2015 Author Posted January 20, 2015 So do most of you think Raylan will die by season's end? Most people I talk to believe that. Friend of mine says he thinks Raylan & Boyd will oppose each other most of the season, but then will join forces toward the end. He thinks they'll die together.
