I'm taking the field not as a slight to South Warren just that it simply makes sense to do so. They aren't an overwhelming favorite like say Bowling Green is in 5A or even Highlands in 4A.

Field...South is much better than I expected but they really haven't played much...but then again, there really isn't much in 3A...

Field. There are 5 teams that can beat South on any given night: belfry, Corbin, bell, garrard, Central. I also believe that there are a few that could spring an upset.

With that said South Warren could put a nice run together. One thing about it the 3A West is brutal compared to the East.

Depends where you are. If you are in Region 2 then it is brutal... if you are South Warren...not so much.

You just have to worry about a 5 loss Tilghman team in a very weak Region... then beat whoever comes out of Region 2.

I would argue that teams in Region 3 on the East have it just as rough if not rougher than South Warren. Estill County has to beat Mason County, go to Russell, then win a rematch with Garrard before having to travel to Belfry. Bourbon County's path may be even tougher. Bourbon will have to go on the road to 4 straight teams who are probably in the Top 12 or 13 teams in their class.

I'll go with that. Thinking it over definitely field. I don't see SW driving to Bell , Corbin, or Central and winning.

Agreed. The outer regions (I & IV) are very top-heavy, with South Warren, Tilghman, and Belfry the only real threats to advance. The inner regions (II & III) have numerous teams that it wouldn't shock me to see in the state semifinals - Central, Corbin, Bell, Russell, Garrard, Estill, Bourbon, Fleming, and/or Mason.

This maybe one of the most over hyped team I've ever seen on here

You've been here since April 2014? You've only seen one football season on BGP.

There D is very good! But the o needs work on ball skill's.No team that fumble's the ball 4 time's a game is going to win state!!!!!

South Warren has played a very weak schedule. Who is can say/know if they are just a good team or one of the best in 3A. Me thinks maybe that is why we have the playoffs? Ha!
