Powell has 810 yards 9 tds in 6 games. He is a work horse Dixie will have their hands full trying to stop him. They couldn't stop him last year. This year he is so much stronger dragging tackles down field.

I'd hope that SK's defense mans up like they have the past few years to stop the running game and forces Moore to throw. I think if SK can force Moore to throw the ball, we win a close one. Worried about the maturation level of this SK team and whether they're ready for this type of game. Plenty of veterans on this team but not sure who the leader is.

 

That can be scary at times. On the other side of the coin, they are more than capable of finding out in these types of situations. IMO, this is what makes high school football fun.

How so? Please explain? SK put 496 yards 45 points on the Camels, Dixie put 463 yards and 43 points all rushing. SK ran and passed on them.

Moore 42/85 729 yards 49% 4 tds and 85 rushes 792 yards 13 tds.

Racke 96/142 1246 yards 68% 16 tds and 71 rushes 351 yards 7 tds

 

They are two different types of QB's but if I were building a team around QB play,, I would go with Moore,, the kids is a player

Honestly, I don't know if I agree with the bold. I think all that is fairly even. SK is probably bigger than Dixie. Overall speed, Dixie probably has the edge. Stronger ... who knows. I do believe Dixie has more stars and that is why they will win the game. When you get in big games like this, the stud players lead you to victory and I think Dixie has more playmakers.
