That thing will blow up first week.

No way this will ever hold up in court, if it ever makes it to production. You can't prove that I'M the one that was texting, number one. Number two, how do you know if it was an incoming or outgoing text message?

Guess I will have to start using my laptop to text while I drive.

Kidding of course, I wish something could be done to stop people from doing this because it's super dangerous. This however doesn't seem to be the answer and would likely cause a lot of court battles.

I agree. We need to figure out a way to end this behavior. In all reality still many drivers I see texting and driving. Not cool.

Now to create something to stop people from reading the newspaper, putting on their make-up, eating their Big Mac, fiddling with their radio, etc...

If they used that money to research an auto pilot function I'd be able to text more...

Could be coming soon, Crash. They already have sensors to stop the car for you if something's in the way. I'm not a fan of that feature myself. I'd like to be able to run over someone if I need to. :thumb:

I just love seeing someone driving and actually using a fork or spoon eating off of a meal in the passenger seat!

Saw a chick with a smoke in one hand and a coffee in the other. I guess she was steering with her other hand? :idunno:

I would not be surprised if at some point we don't see cars coming out with something that interferes with texting.

Used to work with a salesman that claimed he would read books on his drive to Chicago. I mean, it's straight and level but come on!

It's amazing what they can get chickens to do these days! In my day, they just laid eggs.

These days they'll lay anything.
