Thought I'd sneak some viewing time on this one to see what all the talk about SK was all about....:sneaky: Didn't see the whole game but I thought there were two #7's on the field for awhile! Congrats to Crosley New from HHS who was seemingly everywhere. Returned kickoff, crazy on the ball/tackling on D, kicks off, snaps punts, a little RB including catching passes, I thought he was announcing the game too ! He's a gamer for sure....

One Mr. Schearer played QB for Sk and represented pretty well indeed. He ran the offense with confidence, threw "out" passes well but not as well downfield and ran effectively (followed blocks well. Had to be a tough game for him but he played very well. BTW Parks at RB for SK had a nice game as well.

The kid is an animal but with outstanding sportsmanship.

On defense he'd put you on your rear, pop up and be the first to help lift you up. On offense, you take him down and he's telling you it was a good hit, good job, and lets do that again!

His parents should be proud (I know mom and the grandparents sure are - met them at half time)

Well, here is the skinny on it imo...

 

Highlands wins this titantic battle of nothing next yr and this site goes on as usual and everybody just keeps on hating on Highlands and Trintiy or SK keeps it close and Brian Kelly is spoted at the Dounut shop in Indpendepence earlier in the day before the game and we are reminded for the next 6 mos that BK was there recruiting the 9 D1 guys from SK and that had it not been for the concession stand running out of fried pickles then Highlands would have only won by 2 TDs instead pf 4....:thumb:

 

Plus the fact that had it not been for the oversized 4th grader with a bunch of consenting adults standing around encouraging his bad behavior and causing the kid to take a cheap shot at our mascot, the Birds would have walked back to Ft Thomas untouched...LOL

 

Oh and we later found out it wasnt BK at the dounut shop but Rick who works in the small parts division at Hader hardware who is related to..... wait for it....wait for it...
