Can the receivers get open? That was the biggest issue last year.

 

They are better this year from what I have seen. Moore has missed quite a few open targets. It is a combination of both needing to get better - Moore and receivers.

They are to one dimensional. I think Dixie is really missing Caple, Washington and Fisk.

NCC will have it's hands full with two of the best D-linemen in NKY in Johnson , and Machlitt of Dixie. Combs of Beechwood, and Muhr of Cov. Cath had there hands full against these two., two very good OL players. Dixie wins this game 38-13.

This would not surprise me. However, let's see how many sacks they give up when it comes to 2A games. If it reaches that kind of number then I will be concerned, till then not to concerned.

Don't get me wrong, I think this sch. for NCC will only help it down the road, but that's still a lot of sacks reguardless. You either have lineman who can block, or you don't.

True, but Lloyd, Newport, HC, Brossart lineman are not SK, Campbell Co.Dixie, Cooper lineman either.

Good point, but NCC will face some very good teams that can rush the passers in the playoffs, just sayin.

Dixie wins 28-13. I saw NCC against Cooper and they weren't that bad. Dixie should be able to just push forward for 4 yards a play running the ball, but that chews up the clock and not as many points get scored.
