I think Dixie rebounds to last week's tough loss and knocks off the 'Wood. Good game, close game, but the Red Colonels come out on top.

This is going to be a very tough challenge for Beechwood. Dixie played better in the Covington Catholic game than the score shows. If you take away those two early punt returns by Covington Catholic, it is a 14-7 game at halftime. At the end of the third quarter, it would have been just 21-7. Beechwood is going to have to play very well to get a win at Dixie. This will be a hard hitting, playing with attitude game. This is the type of game where big plays and turnovers are usually the difference.

Looking forward to this one, should be a good ole good one as Keith Jackson used to say. IMO Dixie is a much better team than what they displayed last week, and Beechwood showed what they were capable of in the second half against the Owls.....to close to call.

This is a trap game of sorts for Beechwood. I think they come in thinking all they have to do is walk on the field and they win (same sentiment I'm seeing in these posts). Dixie has their back against the wall, they were embarrassed last week and will be playing at home with a lot of emotion.

With all the activity on twitter and what happened last year, Beechwood will be totally fired up for this game.

I'll be VERY surprised if this is a blowout for either team.
