Louisville 34-24.

UL still has plenty of talent at the WR position that yes losing Parker will be a blow. But still talented group of guys. Plus I think Bobby will score early to help take pressure of the QB. With the U starting a freshman for first game will be a little to much for this young man.

UL 31

UM 17

Some how, some way Miami wins. Can't lose three in a row to Louisville if you're Miami and are hoping to be on the way back. Defense will improve, Duke Johnson will actually play, no Teddy B, maybe no Parker.

The defense will have to have improved A LOT to stop what's sure to be a very prepared Petrino offense. Miami's going to need to score more than 35 to beat Louisville, I feel, and I don't know where all the points will come from.

Cards start on a high note. Miami doesn't have the offense to win.

I see some are already in mid-season form. :lol2:

I expect the defense to pin their ears back and go after the true freshman QB.

Bobby is going to come in and game one his offense is just going to light it up? Didn't do that at Arkansas or WKU.

As for finding points, Miami will have the two best offensive players on the field in Johnson and Coley. That may have even been true with Parker in the game.

UL still seems on a roll. Pertrino will get enough points on the board to win.

That may have even been true with Parker in the game.

No it wouldn't have...

Really wanna see UL post Teddy, get to see them at face value.

Bobby didnt have the same level of skill at Arknansas or WKU that he has at UL.

I think they avg. 24-27 points per game.

Duke is better and don't sleep on Coley. Like Parker's game a lot, not disrespecting him.

All I'm saying is that it is a drastic change in philosophy for Louisville that may take time to actually implement, especially in an actual conference.

Obviously, Petrino's first year at Arkansas was going to be a struggle in the SEC West so it's not a fair comparison.

But Louisville is in for a much different type of test than they've ever really endured. ACC isn't the SEC or PAC 12 but the ACC isn't a cake walk. Most games are close and usually a lesser team knocks off a big dog, perhaps multiple lesser teams with the big teams in conference each year.
