If you think saying the Reds could have won the series in 2012 (or whenever) but didn't due to injuries is the same as the Cubs haven't won in 106 years because of a goat and the Sox didn't win one for 96 years because of a trade made in 1919, then this is a pointless discussion. You'll NEVER hear me reference "could've, would've or should've". They didn't, that's all that matters.
