10u Pitcher Clocked at 74mph @ Disney

Featured Replies

Just talked to my buddy who is the head coach of the Cincy Flames 10u. They are playing in the USSSA Elite 32 @ Disney. They faced a kid that was 6'1 throwing 74mph on the gun. He was a lefty at that..He sent me a picture of the kid....wow! If I knew how to post the pic I would. The kid looks like he is 16yrs old..:scared:

Danny Almonte's grandson?

Danny Almonte's grandson?

They throw from 46 feet. So that equates to a 97mph fast ball from 60'6..The Flames actually got two hits off of him and scored a run. They lost 3-1..

How much they charging to see his birth certificate? Did the kid go to school at Cordia?

Not a great pic but you can see how big he is compared to others.

12? more like 12 hundred...

UMP: He's got documentation.

No offense but for God sakes, don't kill a 10 year old...move your freakin son up to at least 12's.

Are the flames playing up or is this kid 10U?

I hate to break the news to his parents, but with his size and only throwing 74mph, he is done. Wait until the twelve years get a hold of him. lol
