July 15, 201412 yr Anybody ever tried any of the cigars from the Kentucky Gentlemen Cigar Company in Lawrenceburg? I had a couple given out as favors at a wedding about a month ago - a medium and a full-bodied, and both were made with tobacco cured in Blanton's bourbon barrels. Excellent cigars. I'll give CI credit, I received my order within three days, the same can't be said about Cigar Bid which took 14 days to receive. Cigar Bid can be a source of great deals and is owned by CI. The best way to use C-Bid is to pick out a few things and try to win several lots over a few days. Just make sure you check prices at CI, and set your max bid very early in the auction. Then select once per week shipping (if you ship upon auction close, shipping fees will quickly eat up any savings). I ship on Thursdays, and usually get the items by Monday or Tuesday. If you do it right, it shouldn't ever take more than a week to get your stuff.
