Just a side note, I have seen The Program more than once, and never realized that Halle Berry is Autumn.

Michael Irvin in the newer version of The Longest Yard. Several wrestlers in there as well.

First in I remember as a kid was Jim Brown in Dirty Dozen.

Great movie. One of my favorites. Often overlooked.

It's a sports movie and did not require them to stretch, but I have always been fond of Blue Chips which had Shaq and Penny Hardaway. Playing basketball players, but not themselves!

He was never a "movie star" to the best of my knowledge, but Mark Harmon started at quarterback for the UCLA Bruins for a couple of years. Jason Lee probably wouldn't be considered much of a "movie star" either, but he used to be a helluva professional skateboarder. Kurt Russell also played minor league baseball.

Mike Warren on "Hillstreet Blues." UCLA point guard
