May 31, 201412 yr Better soak this one in if your a Cards fan. I don't see them hosting in the Future..big east and aac been very kind to them.. They have proved their mettle......I think they'll be fine. They are one of the top 16 programs in the nation....that's who hosts.
May 31, 201412 yr They have proved their mettle......I think they'll be fine. They are one of the top 16 programs in the nation....that's who hosts. Easily...
May 31, 201412 yr Cats down 2-0 to start the 8th. Offense has been stifled today by good pitching and a few really nice defensive plays from Kent State. BUT... have a man on here in the 8th and you can come by two runs quick as a flash in baseball. EDIT: but the Cats fly out to end the Kentucky half of the 8th.
May 31, 201412 yr This game is on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app. The second game of the day between Louisville and Kansas has been picked up by ESPN2 and will air following this one.
May 31, 201412 yr Wow. Nick Jensen-Clagg went eight innings for Kent State and gave up zero runs, only three hits and walked none in the longest outing of his career.
May 31, 201412 yr Despite everything to this point, Kentucky's got a shot here. Top of the order coming up to start the ninth. Granted, they're a combined 1-9, but some would suggest that means they're due... at least people that don't watch the Reds.
May 31, 201412 yr Uh oh... Kuhn singles and then Jensen-Clagg makes his first real mistake of the day, balking to send him over to second with SEC POY AJ Reed at the plate.
