Kinda my first reaction. However, lets give the guy a chance before we make these comments. I know Jordan will be commited to this program, he wont be a guy to jump ship after a year or two of sucess IMO.

No doubt he will be all in....better surround himself with some old heads that have been there before....hope he gets a chance to be around awhile....success is not a guarantee in 5a football at PCC

Wow he is very young. Not saying it can't be done but they better be patient with him. It will take him a while to figure things out.

Last year Jordan said that his dream job was to coach football at Perry Central.

 

Not many coaches in Kentucky would tell you that Perry is their dream job.

 

No one else will be more dedicated.

Holy crap that's young. I'm sure he knows the game inside and out but there's so much more to running a successful program. I hope there are some people in the building who can help him out.

This is going to be all about the Perry Central administration and (cough, cough) "influential fans" learning a lesson in patience.

 

Perry Central athletics over the years has been a staple for political pressure and unfounded high expectations. If either of those come into play this could be disastrous. The kid is going to need several years to get his foundation put down and I am sure he is going to have some rough seasons and probably lose several games he shouldn't along the way. Anything aside from patience from the outside influences will be a failure.

 

I have no doubt he will live, sleep, and breathe football and with a pride and loyalty that few can match and if given time and the proper resources could end up being a home run hire... but from an outsider looking in I could see this one getting ugly in Commodore country.
