Yesterday I got followed by Bill Bray (former Reds pitcher) on Twitter and it got me thinking about who else follows me that has that little blue check mark next to their name.

 

My list only has:

 

Bill Bray

Sundy Best

Richard Skinner

Frank Caliendo

 

 

Which verified Twitter people follow you all?

The only one I've had and he no longer has the check is Rupert from Survivor. Guess he's not considered a person that needs verification anymore.

I did have Calvin Borel tweet me once when I changed my privacy settings to public.

No idea but I've seen people on Twitter say they'll follow back anyone who follows them on a certain day or other stuff like that.

I had more than I thought I did:

 

Jose Bautista - No idea why he follows me. I don't follow him and I have never tweeted about him to my knowledge. It was weird, he started following me when trade rumors started popping up about him for Joey Votto

 

John C. Maxwell - I think he follows everyone who follows him.

 

CMT - I don't follow them. I guess they followed me at some point because I tweeted about Tim McGraw or some other concert and they hoped I followed them back but I must not have.

When I started following Rupert (and several other contestants) during Blood vs. Water he followed me back. He tweeted that he always followed anyone who followed him because it was the polite thing to do. Whether he still does or not I don't know but he's on live tweeting almost every Wednesday during Survivor. I've asked a few of the other current and former contestants questions during the show and most have responded. Pavarti is almost always on as is Probst.
