Actually no Darrell Issa closed the meeting because Lois Lerner decided to take the 5th again today. Then Elijah Cummings throws a hissy fit like a child because Issa won't let him turn a serious investigation into his personal sermon. Cummings is a clown and was a side show.

Cummings doesn't want this investigation to take place he's been trying to sabotage it from the start. He was deflecting what is coming , screaming and yelling like a child.
