Haha, I'd gladly help you out, but it's been several years since I was down in your neck of the woods.

 

LoL, I was only joking. My wife lived in Cinci for a few years and worked as a chef at Morton's after taking a break from nursing. She loves Goetta, I'll have to find out if she knows how to make it.
