I look for this one to be an offensive struggle with Boyd playing just good enough on offense to pull out a thriller 48-45!

Too close to call. It will be a war.

BC is going to have to do the little things to win. Evrybody is going to have to score. Box out, make free throws, box out, rebound, box out, less turnovers, box out....get my drift.....

Boyd blows 17pt lead with 4 minutes to play; A.O. fouls out with 2 minutes left to play with (35 points) and still pulls it out

you broke that one down pretty well. but very hard to say that wont happen.

Fairview has a heart that every team needs and it may bring them back, may not, who can guard AO?

It seems to me that Boyd does not posses the ability to close out a game. I think they have horrible shot selection in the 4th. Common sense would tell you that when your up 10-18 points in the 4th, you dont run down court after a defensive stop, make one pass (if that) and throw up a 3. I dont know if it's coaching or the players just simply not listening to coach pratt. I've left a couple games this year towards the end of the 3rd thinking Boyd would win the game comfortably and read the next day in the paper that they won by 1 or 2 pts. They have a solid offense and a decent defense, However, they get killed on the boards. I hope they can win this one and I think they will. They really need to learn how to hold onto a lead though.

I'll take Fairview by 5, they have a little bit of everything. Good defense, good guard play, excellent big men. Owens may drop 40 but who else will score?? Fairview will not let one man win this game. This is just an outsiders take on the game.

I'll take Boyd County in this one, Fairview finished too weak, Owens should get his 40 points and Boyd County wins going away

Hutchinson is playing. No injuries or suspensions for the Eagles. They will be in full force to knock off Boyd and claim their first district title since 1977!!!!

I hope Fairview can pull the upset
