Can't believe we dropped the ball yesterday. But, we can't skip it either. Gotta get Big Klu in the game.

Two weeks from today.

Hadn't really thought about it before, but, is baseball a week earlier this year, or basketball a week behind? Seems like I remember Opening Day and the NC game being on the same Monday. Or am I just remembering wrong?

Those two things coinciding had never occurred to me, but I had a co-worker say pretty much this^ exact same thing last year. I believe he said that baseball changed. I think Clyde may have posted something about it last year as well.

When I was in college I remember it being that way, but I'm not sure its been that way the last couple of years.

Votto is in midseason form. He just took 3 pitches right down the middle with the bases loaded and 2 out. Great AB.

But a walk would have been a statistical boon.

Baseball moved opening day up a week or so to avoid World Series' games trickling into November...

He shouldn't have to swing at pitches he doesn't like:

One day closer.
