who is the only kid involved with this thread that has any technicals called on him this year and been suspended?? you can't deny he is a dirty player. sucks because he is a good ball player but attitude sucks.

never said he doesn't do dirty things, never agreed with it, just said the same happens to him, he wasn't given a technical for that, it was for slapping him on the backside, if someone slaps me is retaliate as well

The technical was for Taylor hitting the other player in the mid section. Facts are facts. Time to move on and accept what the real subject is....I am glad Refs are seeing the dirty play and calling technicals. I agree with above post...lets talk about 12th region players who are good, with good attitudes and have the academics as well! I bet the list will be really short!

Fact: the technical on Taylor was for slapping Robbins on the tail. I was sitting behind Lincoln's bench when the ref explained the call to Coach Jackson. It is amazing what people think they know as the facts.

I thought there was no doubt that it was for the butt slap.

I thought it was for the butt slap. For the folks who said he shouldn't have gotten a technical for the butt slap I pointed out the nut punch as karma for the butt slap technical.

 

He also slapped him way too hard for a butt slap and I was told he hit Joisah in the nuts a total of 3 times during the game.

No matter what the technical was called for butt slap or mid section ... It all happened! That's the point trying to be proven. Dirty playing! But again not the first time. He has played this way for years! He is not the only player by any means that plays this way but his name comes up a lot in regards to this!

Either way, the kid shouldn't be doing either of the two. He's a very VERY talented point guard with tons of potential at the next level, he needs to just play ball. Hope the attitude thing turns around for the kid, I really do.

NAIA at the next level. Size and strength will dictate this, and that's a push. Coaches wont recruit questionable kids either. Just to many good ones out there.

Earlier this season, I was around an assistant of a (good) D2 program that was there to watch a player on an opposing team. The guy came away very impressed with Taylor's play. I would not rule out D2 and I certainly don't think NAIA is a stretch for him. And playing NAIA is nothing to be ashamed of. Not too many high school players get to do so.

He has D2 potential for sure. No question about it.

There are many a D1 athlete in NAIA. I agree its nothing to be ashamed of at all. Never meant it bad. Just stating the odds of anything else is long. I also have watched a lot and I mean a lot of D2 games the last three years and its tougher there than some think, unless you are at a bottom feeder.
