KHSAA Schedules don't seem to get updated when mother nature calls.

All A classic is still on.

St.Henry vs Lloyd 6pm

Ludlow vs NCC 7:30pm

games are at Dayton

I believe Holy Cross and Lloyd are making up their snow out game from last night at Lloyd.

Sounds like Mason County at Holmes is still on.

Ryle at Conner cancelled.

my bad. I just noticed that I posted in the girls basketball forum. The games listed are boys games in the all-a.

So are these automatic cancellations because the Boone County schools were not in session today?

 

I know that Highlands already has a makeup date with Ryle and will in all likelihood be looking at one for Saturday's game against Boone County. This after having Tuesday game snowed out against Pendleton County and very good possibility of having game against Campbell County wiped out tomorrow night. How can these teams possibly make up all of these games before the District Tourneys get started?

They are not automatic cancellations in Boone when school is out. Frankly it would be easier to understand if that were the case. When school is canceled, someone makes a decision around mid day regarding evening activities. It would be interesting to understand the criteria used for such a decision. We are all interested in safety but cancellation of tonight's Bone County activities seems a bit ridiculous. The student athletes work very hard to represent their schools. and I'm sure want to compete. It would not be acceptable to simply skip those games because someone made a bad decision to cancel them in the first place.

A simple update to the KHSAA schedule would be nice.
