Duke isn't playing good ball but Notre Dame beating them was still an upset. I mean no disrespect to Lawrence County but they aren't ranked and haven't given any reason to be ranked until now and that is still suspect.

IMO this is not an upset. LC is a darn good ball team. I'm not sure if Cunningham played or not, the line score wasn't called in.

They've lost three games by a total of 10 points and got beat pretty soundly by Montgomery County on the road. They are just now starting to hit on all cylinders. Lawrence County will be a handful in the 15th Region if they keep playing like they did today.

Can't lose to East Carter and Breathitt County and then beat a ranked Cordia team and not call it an upset.

People may call me crazy for saying this but I believe Lawrence County has a very good chance at knocking out Johnson Central in that region. I wouldn't count out Betsy Layne either.
