The Professor
This game was close the whole way. Tied up at the half and KCC led by 1 at the end of the 3rd. Owsley had 3 shots at the basket in the closing seconds but couldn't score. Good game for them, though, with all the situations they've had with players leaving, etc.. The 10th graders scored 33 of the 58 points tonight. But the Owls made a ton of turnovers amd missed fee throws. Two turnovers in the final minute of regulation really hurt them because they had a 6 point lead, and KCC ended up tying the game and actually taking a 2 point lead. Owsley tied the game with 3 seconds left to send it into OT.
WISEOLDOWL
I heard the Neeley is coming back to the team. Can anyone verify?
TheFrontRowFan
Although it will go down as a L in the win lose column - this should really boost Owsley's spirits. Although they werent able to send it into another OT or pick up the win - the fact that they played themselves into that kind of posistion should be something to take pride in. If Neeley comes back this could hurt or revive the Owls. Hopefully and IMO a revival will take place. If Neeley comes back then with this game could give Owsley the look they've been needing for a long time.

I don't think so his foot was on the line when he caught the ball then he took a dribble forward.
