November 3, 201312 yr FSU is going to crush BAMA! While I don't disagree that FSU is capable of beating BAMA, I'm not sure that they would crush them. I guess it just depends on what your definition of crush is, but BAMA has not lost by more than 14 since 2004.

I think that would be too much for Florida State to overcome. I agree, The national perception is PAC-12 > ACC. Look at the remaining games on each school's schedule after Thursday night. I think if they both go undefeated that Oregon may get it, but if you sit back and look what teams will have done FSU will look better by comparison based on playing more top teams. FSU IMO would deserve it but probably won't get it.

November 6, 201312 yr I WANT to see FSU/Bama in the NC game, but I just think Oregon will jump them in the end if they put a whoopin' on Stanford. That said, I believe FSU poses the greatest threat to Bama for their title hopes.

November 6, 201312 yr I've got this all solved. If FSU and Oregon are 2 and 3 at the end of the season, we let the mascots decide. You put Chief Osceola on Renegade at one goal line and the Oregon Duck at the 50. And set them to running for the opposite goal line. If the fat duck can cross the goal line before the leader of the Seminole Nation plants a flaming spear in it's head, then the Oregon is in the National Championship, otherwise FSU has duck soup.
