October 31, 201312 yr According to Paul Dehner Jr. of the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Bengals activated slot receiverAndrew Hawkins from injured reserve/designated for return today, and he’s eligible to play tonight against the Dolphins. Bengals activate wideout Andrew Hawkins | ProFootballTalk
October 31, 201312 yr Author Can't wait to see Hawk back on the field. Hawk and Gio are awesome to watch in the open field.
October 31, 201312 yr Agreed Hawk is a playmaker. Have the Bengals released the offical report on who is out?
October 31, 201312 yr Author Agreed Hawk is a playmaker. Have the Bengals released the offical report on who is out? I don't see it, just this: Notes: Hawkins tapped; Dalton named; Chad sighting
October 31, 201312 yr It's great that he is back. They probably won't feel his impact for a couple of weeks, but I hope I am wrong and he has a big game tonight or at least a couple of key moments. I guess they won't determine if they activate him until a couple of hours (maybe it's 90 minutes, I can't remember) before kick off.
October 31, 201312 yr I don't see it, just this: Notes: Hawkins tapped; Dalton named; Chad sighting Chad Johnson is an analyst for CBS? The Hawkins activation was expected, replacing Leon Hall who is now on IR. Is this game on free TV tonight, or is it just on the private NFL Network?
October 31, 201312 yr Author Chad Johnson is an analyst for CBS? The Hawkins activation was expected, replacing Leon Hall who is now on IR. Is this game on free TV tonight, or is it just on the private NFL Network? The third team on CBS. Good for Chad. And yes it is on Ch 5 for cheap people. Get the NFLN VoR, mostly good stuff.
October 31, 201312 yr Probably the Taylor Mays move. JK Schafer took Halls spot. No, I think they cut someone from the "rookie squad" to open up space for Schafer.
October 31, 201312 yr The third team on CBS. Good for Chad. And yes it is on Ch 5 for cheap people. Get the NFLN VoR, mostly good stuff. :lol2: You funny guy. If I knew I would watch it every week, I would get it. The Bengals games are 90% of the NFL football that I watch so I'm not wasting $$ on it.
October 31, 201312 yr No, I think they cut someone from the "rookie squad" to open up space for Schafer. They moved Schafer from the practice squad to the active roster when they put Hall on IR. They just put Taylor Mays on IR and finally activated Hawkins.

October 31, 201312 yr They moved Schafer from the practice squad to the active roster when they put Hall on IR. They just put Taylor Mays on IR and finally activated Hawkins. They cut LB DeQuin Evans and promoted Schafer.
October 31, 201312 yr Who was the DL they cut this week? Evans but he was just granted an exemption to participate in team activities without counting against the 53-player roster. I think he was suspended or something. He is now on the practice squad.
October 31, 201312 yr They cut LB DeQuin Evans and promoted Schafer. UKfan is actually right on this. Schaffer got signed from the practice squad once they officially put Hall on the IR. Hawkins was activated today because they put Mays on the IR. Evans was never on the true 53 man roster. Evans was just signed back to take Schafers spot on the practice squad.
