Bengals activate wideout Andrew Hawkins

Featured Replies

UKfan is actually right on this. Schaffer got signed from the practice squad once they officially put Hall on the IR. Hawkins was activated today because they put Mays on the IR. Evans was never on the true 53 man roster. Evans was not signed back to take Schafers spot on the practice squad.

Evans was just signed to the practice squad today.

I know it was suppose to say he was just signed back to take Schafers spot on the practice squad.

Was jones a one hit wonder last week or are the bengals expecting big things from him?

Baby Hawk is active. They are going with 7 WR's. They either need Special Teams or are going to use 5 wide a lot. Maybe both. Whitworth inactive which everyone figured. We'll be ok with Collins.

I think a little bit of both. I would expect his looks and reps to continue to grow in #. I think he's capable of having big game but he may also have some games where you don't see a great deal of him, just depends on the match ups.

Jones is the real deal.

Jones has been a good contributer now for three games in a row. His play keeps getting better, now will he always produce 4 touchdown games? No lol but he is developing into a very good receiver.
