Did Simon Kenton suck the life out of Conner?

Conner played to a one touchdown game (defeat) against by far the best team they have played but since then its been a struggle.

The numbers don't add up for me, playing Simon nearly even means the Cougars should be having an easier time of it against the rest of their schedule.

Did Simon Kenton suck the life out of Conner? Will Conner bounce back and make a title run?

Conner gave SK all they wanted and the Cougars are just fine. SK was lucky to get out with a win. Their secondary is just terrible. Barker exposed them mightily.

Cougars still looking good for District Championship. No worries in Hebron.

Now that is funny!

Scott and South Oldham don't think so.

I'd say "no" to the question posed.

The "fan" side of me says that I'd like to see Drew get more chances to chuck it. There may be valid strategic reasons why he only passed 15 times against Cooper. No clue . Won't criticize the coaching. I just like the ball in his hands (and his arm) more than 15 times.

Their season will STILL come down to their D (and maybe the XP team).

I don't know the answer to the question but still plenty of time left to improve. Two things bother me regarding Conner. First their defense has been porous for years, why is this? The second thing that stands out is they rarely utitlize a RB in their wide open offense. They've been blessed with quality QBs and seem to have some quality receivers but why have they not been willing to add that additional threat?
