Big Win for my Panthers. Controled the line of scrimmage rushed for 268 yards and threw for 150. Held Shelby to 143 yards. Not happy with officials flag the Panthers 19 times for 158 yards. Worse crew I have ever seen. It was their last trip to Frankfort.

I know the feeling! But it is becoming a every week thing for us.

Solid win for Frankfort. These guys have been somewhat flying under the radar this year, but, quietly putting a solid season together. This win should move them up a little in this weeks polls.

Somebody needs to tell these guys they aren't getting TV time out there throwing so many flags...

He counts like he refs. because there only 27 flags thrown. 19 against the Panthers.

 

I have watched the film and still cant find 1/2 of the so called "Penalties" called.

 

The head official couldnt explain half the calls when asked. The biggest joke was the umpire.

 

That crew called their last game at Sower Field.

Coach, you getting some chuckles from me as I read these posts, but I am sure you aren't smiling as you watch film and write them.

 

If you can't find the penalties on film, that is very telling. An official shouldn't throw a flag unles he KNOWS he saw a foul. This isn't throw a flag if it looked odd or you thought you saw something. Any penalty called in a game should almost always be visible on film.

True story, not kidding, I once had an official throw a flag while my team was on offense. I yelled at him to come my direction after the play was over. I asked what the flag was on, he said, with a straight face and I quote, "I'm not sure coach, but something just didn't look right". Well, I had a few more thoughts to express after that.

I am sure some of those are on there some place. I havent had that many called in a game my entire 20 years of coaching.

I mean ref's make mistakes but several of those calls were out the ordinary.

False start is a dead ball Penalty, The play should have never been ran, then they play that should have been stopped Frankfort committed a foul that backed them up further then the normal 5 yards... Me being an Official, it was embarrassing to watch.
