Justified Season 5

There's a reason I went and bought Season 2 … :D

S3 is OK, S4 is a lot better than S3, but no where near as good as S2.

I can't see Rapaport doing redneck, hasn't he always played the rapper, New York street type in movies and TV?

He did have a short stint on My Name Is Earl in which his character if not redneck was at least trailer trash.

Hopefully that means more Dewey Crowe, he's a lovable loser...but he keeps on trying.

Dewey Crowe is great. I loved the episode in which he thought they took his kidneys out.

Just grabbed a copy of S3 DVD. Feeling a bit of a McCloud vibe from Marshal Givens. There may be others in there with it. He needs to ride a horse through NYC to complete the circle, though.

Mags Bennett's TV career exploded after her appearance on Justified. I think I've seen her in 3 shows since then including the new Showtime series "Masters and Johnson." She was/is also in "The Americans."

Feels like I've seen her in a bunch of stuff before Justified, though. She's very familiar.

Secretariat, she was the asst to the owner

That's one of them, as I've seen that movie in the past few months. But I've known her face a lot longer than that.

I'm mildly surprised by this. Does the setting help you to enjoy it more?

She's in a new one on either ABC or CBS I think. Looked more like a sitcom I believe.

As far as it being set in Ky? I guess a bit. But it's a pretty solid show even without the familiar accents.

It's a bit surprising given the fact that I'm not a regular TV series watcher. I'm usually always late to the game on TV series, but once I get ahold of a good one, I'm hooked.

I couldn't make It through season 1.

What was your hangup with it, just out of curiosity?

I didn't like the stand alone episodes. I also didn't like the story line of the first season. I tried to get back into it and couldn't.
