Camels will travel to Cooper Friday night in a battle of 2-1 squads.

Both have beaten Newcath, for comparison.

Who wins and why?

Interested to see the qb battle between Wood and Ludwig. Very similar players, IMO.

Can a mod add a poll, please?

Go Camels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the Camels are going to win this game they need to convert when they have the ball in the red zone and cut down on the turnovers and penalties. I expect Coach Lickert to have the boys polished up and ready to go on Friday. I haven't seen Cooper play yet but sounds like they have a good QB and receivers but I will take my boys in purple in another close one 28-24.

Poll added.

Given their play against the only common opponent this season, I like the Jags in this one. Cooper's Homecoming to boot.

Cooper 21-14.

I'd have to agree with this.

Cooper in a close game. Going back to last season's playoff run, the Jags haven't had a home game in 9 games. It will be nice seeing a home game in Union. A true Homecoming.

I also agree Cooper in a close game. Defenses will be tough on both sides. Campbell County will probably try to pound the ball and wear down Cooper. Cooper will spread the ball around in the air. Who has the fewest mistakes could be the winner.

Camels clean up the turnovers and silly penalties and win a close one. 28 -21

I thought Shemar Wise was suppose to be a starter?

Where does the pregame Homecoming take place? Parade route?

In years past, they run it down Longbrach from Camp Ernst to the school. In order to avoid that, it is best to enter from

US 42.

In the immortal words of Bart Scott....Can't Wait!! Some eyes might be opened tonite
