Trinity wins but it was ugly for the special teams...

Muffed punt and 96 yd return for TD.

2 int's.....bad special teams....love the regroup on defense. Offense solid. Move on......Lawrence North, NEXT.

Good or bad sign?

Over 400 yards of offense, Brooks over 100 yards and Ott over 100 rec yards. All good. Agree that special teams have not been so special. Defense front 4 did well but DBS need more work. Still a win over a good team is always a good feeling. Good job Rocks!

I think overall it is positive. Carmel got 3 first downs in the second half. T just about doubled them in total offense. Of course, T wasn't facing the behemoths they faced last week. Secondary still needs to improve considerably but I think the front 7 played better, particularly soph Foos. T is work in progress. Enjoy the ride.

A nice win over a quality football team. Go Rocks.

Win is a win...Great job Rocks:thumb:

From the Carmel scoreboard: T 262 pass 150 run = 412. C 210 pass 31 run = 241.

Uneven game ,but they will get there. I believe it is Lawrence Central next week. They beat North Central tonight. Both big Marion County (Indy) schools.

From MaxPreps:

Reggie Bonnafon threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns as the Shamrocks (1-1) defeated the Greyhounds (1-1) 42-35 Friday night. Donald Brooks rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns in the winning effort. The Greyhounds scored with 15 seconds left on the clock to pull within one score.

From thsrocks:

The running offensive yardage totals on the scoreboard were an interesting oddity. I have never seen that on a regular scoreboard. Also, very happy lightning stayed away. Bus trip #8 for the fans in recent years. We haven't left anyone behind, YET!
