Towles career record as a starter was 38-1. His senior year he was 171/279 for 3,820 yards with 42 touchdowns and 1 interception. The team scored the 4th most points in the nations history for a season at 849. That is 56.6 points per game.

Towles won almost every highschool game and won state championships.

 

Towles also was surrounded by really good players.

I'll add this for those who somehow think Drew's passing is not at a top level. Besides being named Elite 11, UL's Coach Watson said Drew has the most pure release of any QB he's ever seen.

 

I can't argue for or against that. I'll just take it as a pretty strong indicator from someone in the biz.

Both are and were great High School QB's and may become great college QB's...but when you talk Highlands and QB, the Pillsbury Throwboy will never be topped.

Travis signed with FIU. I have not seen his grandfather in a while, not sure how that is working out.
