All I will say is....... records at end of the year won't lie.

Beechwood is in Kenton Co but not part of the District. If he is alluding to Scott, I love their team this year. Physical, quick and with lots of hours already logged on Friday nights. Looks like they are playing a few soft opponents going into district play so I hope they don't fool themselves when it really matters. SK is a better team, but given their district and NOT soft schedule, I think Scott MAY find themselves with a better overall record at mid-season but not when it's all said and done.

I don't see Scott being better than SK, can count on 1 hand the number of times that's happened over the years. I could be wrong though, it's happened once before.

Not the highest compliment ever paid, 6-4 with a first round play-off blowout loss at home?? Scott has a soft schedule going into district play where I think they can MAYBE beat Cooper and POSSIBLY (not likely) beat South Oldham. They will beat Grant and lose to Conner.

Has Scott ever won their district? Neither had Cooper, but that one season built enough confidence in the players and coaches to go on the next year to have one of the most memorable football seasons in the state.

 

Personally I think they will have 3 losses in district against Cooper, Conner and So Oldham but you never know till they strap on their helmets.

Totally hijacked the SK thread, but from what I have seen, ALL of Scott's talent will be on the field this year and absolutely not next season so confidence or not, this had better be their year! They won't have in 2014 what Cooper had in 2012.

I will have to agree, Scott has the horses to be very good this year, but I have seen what is in the pipeline....not trying to disrespect any of the kids who are putting in a lot of hard work, but the pantry is a little bare if you know what I mean.
