July 24, 201313 yr Exactly what I was looking at this spring. The wife however, does not like the idea of the 4 min walk to the beach. I do not like the price of the houses that don't require the walk. Therefore we have no house to enjoy the winters in the sun. Oh well. Maybe next year.

This one is 400 yards from the beach. I can happily do that.

The ones on Redington and Indian Rocks Beaches are nice. Still expensive, though. Anything on Gulf Blvd, either side is going to be pricy now-a-days. Next time look around Shore Acres. Not much beach but a lot of water front property on the Bay. A friend of mine just sold his place there last fall. Don't know what he was asking, though.
