Still wonder how he found Cordia when he decided to transfer to a high school in Kentucky. Seems like he would have looked at Louisville or Lexington, not Hazard. I think no one is acknowledging the "White Elephant" in the room. Who are these kids living with? Were they recruited? Who's paying their expenses? etc.,etc, etc.

The white elephant? The kid's family relocated to the area from what I'm told.

Shannon Hoskins coached PCC and is said to be the new head coach.

This was not all of Cordia's starting five as their other star big man is not in Kentucky right now. Also, there are rumors around the Cordia camp that the assistant coach sent half the team home and chose to finish out the tournament with only 5 players. Not sure what happened there...

Who is the other big star that is not here yet?

Their other 6'8" kid who was ineligible last season. Fritz Lucien

They also have a 6'10" kid from Africa, but I don't know anything about him yet.

Ohh, I seen the Frtiz kid last season in the crowd when they played KCC in the All "A". I don't think he is quite 6'8 but from what I hear he is a tough player and will help the Lions out a lot this upcoming year.

Just how many kids on this year's team have relocated to play at Cordia. I see posts about a kid from Canada, one from Mississippi, another from Africa. I guess my question is how many of the kids that will play on the team this year lived in the school district 2 years ago? If this is true don't tell me this is just all a coinsidence and all of these families have relocated.

Cordia has dorms. Their families don't necessarily have to move.

They also have a kid who came up in their system whose young but looks like he's going to be a really good player.

Austin Combs, will be a freshman next season. He is a name to that everyone in 14th region will know bout the next couple years.

There is a team playing against Ky. high schools that has the vast majority of kids from out of state. Amazing.

I know the school in Maryland, the name escapes me now, does this but they play a national schedule and the teams in Maryland don't compete against them. I imagine the other teams in the 14th region are really happy about this situation.
