Saw some summer ball & they looked pretty good. I do think post play will be an issue for them. But I've seen CVH hit the outside shot a lot. He will impress some people with this team. I don't see defenses being able to lay off him to help on Nick. If so CVH will make him pay. I think after last year he will settle in just fine.

 

My concern was not "can he" but rather "will he?"

Yea I think that's a valid concern. I hope CVH continues to keep his confidence. I think once he finds his role on the team he will be fine.

Good question. Showed flashes in JV ball. Needs to be a little less selfish offensively. He has a nice shot. Strong. Penetrates fairly well. Just needs to work on being an all-around offensive player.

 

I'm very interested to see where he fits this year.

 

I'm told the skinny JV PG from last year whose name escapes me has looked good this summer.

Doesnt matter what school you choose the same traits follow you.

 

Kid does have some nice aggressive moves to the basket and I am all about swag and confidence but when he was at Highlands I noticed a lot of selfish play as well. Sometimes you just have to accept your role for the benefit of the team.
