The Pacers would have beat anyone not named Miami this year. If they stay together and find a capable replacement for West when he gets too old they'll be contenders for a long time.

Pacers were a legit team (credit given?). No way does the Spurs beat the Heat in 5. The matchups aren't there to make that happen.

Early polls (BGP Polls) showing majority think the Heat will win the series.

Remember the format is 2-3-2. I could see the Spurs winning either game one or two but I don't see them sweeping at home which means they will have to win twice in Miami. That won't be easy.

I'm assuming the best basketball player on planet earth doesn't count?

The Pacers would have beat anyone not named Miami this year. If they stay together and find a capable replacement for West when he gets too old they'll be contenders for a long time.

 

They should have drafted Perry Jones last year instead of Miles Plumlee. I mean Miles Plumlee? PJ3 isn't going to be the banger West is, but IMO he will be a better answer than Hansborough.

They would IMO. They present the same problems for OKC as they would Miami but OKC isn't as well equipped as Miami to beat them. The isolation ball OKC plays would hurt them against the Pacers. JMO
